Striped Bass Sink 8 Breakdown

The right choice for targeting Striped Bass and other saltwater species down deep.

Cortlands Cold Salt Striped Bass Sink line features a 8,5 meters or 28 ft. type 8 sinking head with a short 1 meter or 3 ft. front taper for turning over the largest saltwater patterns. The short 1 meter or 3 ft. back taper helps load this line quickly and makes it extremely shootable. Intermediate running line removes any hinges in the line and gives you a smooth transition into the depths.

Built on a braided nylon core, this line features signature Cold Salt jacket material for staying supple and memory free in the coldest of conditions. Finished in black and ice blue, this line is stealthy yet traceable. The Cold Salt Striped Bass Sink is perfect for throwing large flies from shore or from a boat
