Pike Musky Float Breakdown

Targeting Esox requires versatility and persistency. The Pike Musky Float fly line effectively covers the upper to middle water column.

Cortland designed this line with an overly aggressive head featuring a short 6 meter body that packs a serious punch. The compact body paired with a short 1 meter front taper easily turns over large air resistant flies. The short 1 meter back taper helps load this line quickly with minimal false casting.

This dual colored line features low stretch braided nylon core for consistent, powerful hook sets. Cortlands signature Shooting Technology keeps your line remaining slick, supple and fast shooting. The olive and pale yellow color combination distinguishes taper change and is traceable yet stealthy in Esox environments.
